Mixólogo, es un bartender o barman, especializado en la combinación de bebidas, se encargar de elaborar las cartas de cócteles de cada tipo de bar en específico, ajustando sus bebidas a la atmósfera y encanto que le rodea. Debe tener conocimientos de cocina, de maridaje, estar a la vanguardia de nuevos productos... En definitiva, todo un lujo del que podremos disfrutar la noche del miércoles 22 de abril en el Belmondo Kitchen & Bar. Campeón en Madrid de Gin & Tonic, director de Wine & Cocktail Masters y vicepresidente de la Asociación de Barman de Madrid. Todo un lujo del que todos podremos disfrutar esta noche en el Belmondo.
